Brooke serves as the Treasurer of One Hundred Pounds of Hope. She joined the Board in 2007, after learning more about the devastation that occurred in Cambodia after the Khmer Rouge took power in 1975. Brooke was inspired by Amanda Sam's mission and wants to help One Hundred Pounds of Hope build a better future for Cambodians.
Brooke is an Executive Sales Representative with GlaxoSmithKline, one of the world's leading research-based pharmaceutical and health care companies, committed to improving the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer.
Brooke has been involved in many different charitable organizations over the years including the Junior League of Richmond, the Kiwanis Club of Midlothian, Bright Beginings, the SPCA, and Habitat for Humanity. Brooke graduated from the University of Richmond in 2000 and plans on pursuing her Masters of Health Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University in the fall of 2008. |
